The website displayed at the URL “sswm.go.jp” (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), which constitutes the website for the System for Foreign Human Resources with Specified Skills (Machine parts and tooling/Industrial machinery/Electric, electronics and information industries), is managed and operated by Mitsubishi UFJ Research & Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) as a project outsourced from the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”).

2. Protection of personal information

In such cases, we shall select a party with adequate standards for personal information protection, and we shall contractually stipulate that those standards for personal information protection be observed to ensure the proper handling of personal information.
