How to request your Pass Certificate [available for tests administered in April 2022 or later]

If you passed the test administered in April 2022 or later, follow the procedure below to request your Pass Certificate from Account page.

• You can request your Pass Certificate if you pass the test.
• The Pass Certificate can be requested by each applicant from their Account page. (It cannot be requested for multiple applicants at the same time.)

Procedure

1. Log into your [Account page].

2. After logging in, select [Tests currently accepting applicants].

3. Select [Application details] for the test you wish to request the Pass Certificate for.

4. Select [Apply for issuance] under Pass Certificate.

5. Confirm all information is correct and click [Apply].

• If incorrect information has been registered for the test, click Check/change registered information and make necessary corrections.

6. After "Send Request", choose [Pay] and make payment for issuing the Pass Certificate.
After the payment is completed, the request of issuing the Pass Certificate is accepted.

• Please note that the Pass Certificate will not be issued if payment has not been completed.
• Only credit cards are accepted for payment of the Pass Certificate fee.

7. After the certificate is produced, you can choose [Output] to download it.

• You will receive an email to your registered address from the office after the certificate has been issued.

If your certificate request is incomplete, you will be notified of details by an email to your registered address.
Check and correct the information and send the request again.
